Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted if we have failed our obligation.
If there is an error in sizing on our part, we will happily refund your purchased item.
In the rare occasion that we may have sent you an incorrect item, style or size, please contact us immediately as we will not accept delayed returns. The incorrect garment must not have been worn, altered and/or washed and is in a resalable condition. We will reimburse postage expense for the return of the item and a refund will be provided if the customer no longer wants their order.
A full refund or replacement will be provided if an item is proven faulty.
If any ordered items are not in stock, we will offer alternative sizes or items within the similar range without any extra cost. If the alternate option is not accepted, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. All refund amounts will be paid by either Direct Deposit or Paypal (If the order is paid by Paypal).
